Workshop Philosophy

This Cross-Cultural Workshop has been developed jointly in close collaboration between the International Human Resources Department of Volkswagen Group of America and the cross-cultural specialists at Global LT.

The Workshop stresses that every country, every company, even every department, every individual,  has the right to its  own culture; but they also have the obligation to understand and respect the cultures of other people, other departments other companies and other countries.
